We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Ann Arbor, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Dr. Bonnie Patel is a Delta Dental premier participating provider. Any dental insurance plans other than Delta Dental would be considered out of network and may provide less or no insurance benefits when seeing an out of network dentist. Please check with your dental insurance company to obtain more details regarding utilizing your out of network dental plan.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan to qualified individuals. Please see our office manager for details.

Office Hours
Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, starting in August 2023 - we will see patients two Fridays per month from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for cleaning appointments only (Dr. Patel doesn't work on Fridays). Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you have a dental emergency while our office is closed, such as swelling or severe pain, please call our office at (734)761-2144 and listen to the recording to obtain Dr. Patel's after hours contact number. Messages received though our website, office voicemail and email will not be checked until our office reopens, meaning you must contact Dr. Patel directly to receive feedback when our office is closed.
