Dr. Bonnie Patel participates as a premier provider (not PPO) with Delta Denta insurance plans. Dental insurance plans from insurance companies other than Delta Dental are considered out-of-network and may offer reduced or no benefits for services from an out-of-network dentist. It is advisable to consult with your dental insurance provider for detailed information about using your out-of-network dental benefits.
